Our story begins with farming. For many years Tim Wilson has farmed his own farm in North Yorkshire, rearing cattle, sheep and pigs with a passion for breeding rare breeds. As the company grows, we are committed to building a network of like-minded farmers to help us supply our butchers with the best quality produce in the UK.

Our main base of operations is an 18th century farmhouse in the North Yorkshire village of Levisham, where we manage more than 3,000 acres of pasture and moorland!
